A tattoo machine gun uses an electromagnetic current that passes through two coils that enable the armature bar to move. This, in turn, creates a hammer-like motion which is exactly what pushes the needle of this tattoo machine up and down to pierce the skin again and again.
Judging the quality of the tattoo machine is not actually the price, but the production and structure of the machine. Such as the materials made, the number of turns of the coil, the length of the hanging money, the hardness of the shrapnel and the feel of the machine, etc. all-round evaluation. Only through the comprehensive evaluation of the materials of the tattoo machine structure can the quality of a tattoo machine be judged.
We know that tattoo machines can be divided into two types: one is a single machine, the other is a combined machine. The so-called single machine is a separate thread cutting machine and a fog machine. The division of labor and the performance of the two are different. The fit machine is a machine. When switching between secant and fogging, you need to manually adjust the movement frequency of the tattoo machine and the size of the power supply to control the operating speed of the machine, as well as the needle ejection situation and so on. However, their structure and materials are the same, so how to determine the quality of a tattoo machine needs to be comprehensively determined through the following four points:
1. Manufacturing materials; the overall material of the tattoo machine is generally cast iron as the most preferred material. Stainless steel is not suitable for the manufacturing material of the tattoo machine. The appearance of many tattoo machines is relatively smooth to the touch, say stainless steel or Other materials, but in fact all are cast iron, only after the tattoo machine is finished, deep processing is carried out, showing the smooth effect and different colors of the body surface.
2. Coil: The coil of the fog machine is generally 10 turns, and the secant is 8 turns. This is almost invisible from the outside, but the coil size of some fog machines and wire cutters has a certain size The difference is that the coil of the fog machine is slightly larger than the coil of the cutting machine.
3. Hanging iron: The length of the hanging iron determines whether the needle can bounce unhindered without contacting and passing through. Some tattoo machines have shorter hanging irons, which can be extended by adjusting the shrapnel to assist the hanging irons.
4. Shrapnel: If the suspension iron of the tattoo machine is lengthened auxiliary, the shrapnel is lengthened, which requires a lot of shrapnel. There are two reasons. First, the over-hard shrapnel does not work well after lengthening, but it is too long. Soft shrapnel can't produce good results, so you must choose qualified shrapnel when purchasing.
