It comes with some artificial skin to practice on. Both machines the shading machine and the lining machine work amazingly. The inks that come with it are really good as well I had a few tattoos they came out really really nice. I highly recommend this kit. Mainly gloves and extra needles. However it does come with sterilized tattoo needles. Also it does come with the card With a YouTube link for beginners on how to set up the machine and how to adjust your needles. Customers purchased this kit was very pleased even as somebody who’s done this for years I really enjoyed this machine and still learn some of the things from their videos. you would definitely buy this machine again.
