After getting the tattoo, some guests will report that when the tattooed part is touched by hand, there are obvious bulges, or the bulge can be seen with the naked eye, which is hyperplasia. Although tattoo proliferation is not a serious matter, if it is not handled properly, part of the probability will directly affect the overall effect of the pattern. So as a tattoo artist, how can you avoid hyperplasia?
1. Accurate acupuncture
When the tattoo artist punctures the client, the length of the needle should be controlled. Different skins, different tattoo sites, and the length of the needle should be controlled. If the penetration is too deep, it will cause skin damage, and the pigment will accumulate in the dermis, leading to hyperplasia. However, if the penetration is too shallow, it is bound to be difficult to color, which will cause repeated acupuncture on the same part, which will exceed the tolerance of the skin, which will cause skin damage and hyperplasia. Therefore, if you control the length of the needle, you can avoid the proliferation from the root cause.
2. Don’t apply too much force to the hands that tighten the skin
When giving a tattoo to a guest, one hand should hold the tattoo machine, and the other hand should tighten the guest’s skin, which is convenient for operation and can achieve even penetration depth. But don't use too much force, otherwise, it is easy to pull the acupuncture parts and cause secondary damage. This can also lead to hyperplasia.
3. Use good pigments
At present, most domestic tattoo shops use imported pigments. In terms of safety, imported tattoo pigments are more able to withstand the test of the market. After all, the development of tattoos in Western countries takes longer and the market is larger. The color of the brand should be more natural and safe. Inferior tattoo pigments can easily cause abnormalities such as allergies and infections after entering the skin of the guests, and hyperplasia is also more likely to occur.
4. Tell the customer the correct nursing method
The hyperplasia is not only caused by the improper operation of the tattoo artist, but also related to the improper care of the guest. Therefore, as a tattoo artist, you must inform the guests of the correct care methods, such as not taking a bath.
