Customers should take off the bandage after 2 to 3 hours, wash with cold water to remove blood stains, and then gently wipe dry. Two hours is the average time for the blood to clot and form scars. Even if it hasn't condensed at that time, the cold water will close the pores of the skin and lock the color of the tattoo. When it starts to recover into a beautiful tattoo, tell them not to wash it with hands, but to use a hand towel or paper towel, and then use a clean paper towel to dry it. No need to rub, just apply it. The towel should be white, odorless, and without patterns on it. Some people are allergic to the smell of towels and dyes. It should be as less irritated as possible. The new tattoo is very sensitive. After washing, apply a bit of Vaseline to prevent the tattoo from becoming too dry (if it is a black tattoo, keep it clean and vivid before applying Vaseline. Black tattoos will recover faster than colored tattoos). After 15 minutes, wash off the petroleum jelly, and then dry it with a white odorless paper towel. If it has a crusty skin, it means that Vaseline is not enough and the tattoo area is not softened.

Do not use bandages to cover the tattoo all the time. The tattoo on the skin must be exposed to the air, which will speed up recovery. Don't wear tight clothes. Wear loose and comfortable clothes until the tattoo is cured.

Apply petroleum jelly and blot dry, 2 to 4 times a day. When the tattoo is restored, it feels soft and smooth. When the scabs or peeling come off naturally, the tattoo is good. Black tattoos usually heal within four days, while colored tattoos take a week.

The recovering tattoo can touch water. When taking a bath, the tattooed area is wetted by water, it will be softened, and it will not easily take off the color when peeling off. If the tattoo is too heavy, it is easy to scab, a lot of troubles will come. It needs special care for a few days. If you pay attention to maintenance, you will have a very beautiful tattoo. When it is not properly maintained, it will look faded and not bright. It is worth taking care of, because this tattoo will be with you for life.

If the scabs form, don't expose the scars and let them fall off naturally. Even if it is hanging there, don't touch it. That part is not hanging there but recovering. If it is removed, it will bleed and become a faded white patch, which will look obvious. Customers should relax with the tattoo they just finished.

The new tattoo will be itchy when it recovers. Lightly tapping the tattoo will usually relieve the itching. Sometimes rubbing the surrounding area with alcohol can also reduce the itch.

It must be explained that the tattoo looks strange at first. During the restoration process, there is a layer of white scales on the tattoo. This is dead skin, it will fall off after a few days, sometimes rubbing a little vitamin 2 on it will improve it.

Avoid sun exposure for tattoos for a few months. This is because, instead of keeping the color vivid, sunlight can make it white. Black tattoos can be dried in the sun, while light-colored tattoos need to be taken care of. High-power sunscreen cream is very effective for sun protection, but be aware that cleaning agents containing PABA will destroy it.
